RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Return Window +
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange +
Items must be:
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging intact
  • With all original tags attached
Removal of tags makes the product ineligible for return or refund.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items +
Customers must report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear product images are required. An unboxing video is highly recommended to support the claim. Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved.
4. Exchanges +
One free exchange is allowed per order, subject to stock availability. Additional exchanges, if approved, may incur shipping charges.
5. Refund Policy +
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and successfully inspected.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

If shipping costs were applicable, they may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Return Pickup +
Free return pickup will be arranged once the request is approved. Pickup is available only once per order.
7. Refund Timeline +
Once the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days. Banking timelines may vary depending on the payment method.
8. RTO (Return to Origin) & Refused COD Orders +
If a COD order is refused or returned due to unavailability or incorrect details, future orders may be restricted to prepaid only.
9. Future Policy Changes +
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Certain products may be marked non-returnable in the future, where applicable.
