Orders are processed within 1 working day (maximum 2 working days during high volumes). Processing includes verification, quality check, packing, and handover to the courier partner.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, remote locations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Address changes may be requested before dispatch. Once shipped, modifications are not guaranteed. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to origin (RTO). Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.

If a shipment is officially confirmed lost after courier investigation, prepaid orders will be refunded. Refunds are processed only after confirmation from the courier partner.
